Adrian listens to business owners and operators to understand their goals and then works hard to help them make them achievable and sustainable. He prepares plain English contracts that protect and understands the importance of relationships and being commercial.

He works closely with accountants and financial service professionals (and their clients) on business sales, client list transfers, succession planning, business partnering arrangements and company restructures. He has advised fund managers, independent and institutional dealer groups, insurers, professional associations and their business partners, members and associates.

Adrian is passionate about understanding his clients’ businesses and their industries. He has been an active member of the Association of Financial Advisers for over a decade and presents regularly at their conferences and events.

Adrian is a committee member (and past Chair) of the Business Law Section at the Law Institute of Victoria and is a former director of YGAP, a not-for-profit social enterprise focused on changing the lives of young people living in poverty. Adrian is also a member of the Risk and Governance Committee at Brighton Grammar School and an active member and coach at Mornington Life Saving Club.

Adrian is a keen adventurer. When he’s not taking his three sporty girls to soccer or nippers, you might find him cycling in the Victorian Alps or hiking in the Tasmanian wilderness.
