Ken has degrees in both law and commerce from the University of Melbourne and his sound commercial advice is focused on achieving the client’s objectives. He has had full conduct of proceedings in Victorian Civil & Administrative Tribunal, Magistrates Court, County Court, Supreme Court, Supreme Court of Appeal, Federal Circuit Court, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal and the High Court.
As an accredited specialist in commercial litigation and with more than 15 years of experience, Ken provides strategic advice to clients on a broad range of complex matters. His experience includes running complex litigation involving multiple parties. He works closely with all his clients and can identify the critical issues to work towards an optimal outcome.

Ken was admitted to practice in 2005 and joined Nicholas O’Donohue in 2008. He obtained his Accredited Specialisation in Commercial Litigation with the Law Institute of Victoria in 2014.
